Chakra Braceletfor my birthday. Not one for following such beliefs I thought that everyone could do with a bit of improvement so why not give it a try. Not fully understanding chakras, this led me to do some research. The chakras are the major energetic centres within the body. When our chakras are healthy, we feel focused and balanced. By wearing a chakra bracelet, we are giving direction to a balanced state of being. The bracelet is made up of seven stones each representing a different chakra. The stones are the quartz, amethyst, sodalite, green quartz, citrine, hematite and agate. The quartz represents balance, amethyst represents understanding knowledge, the sodalite represents communication and personal expression, green quartz deals with relationships, citrine represents self belief, hematite represents physical strength and the agate represents with creativity. Chakra Braceletthroughout the day in an effort to become more centered and complete. I`m not quite sure if it is working yet but it is pretty to look at nonetheless. My
Chakra Braceletmay not have turned me into my most supreme being yet but may be a step in the right direction. It also has the added benefit of matching all of my clothes in any case.
